Rules
Look only: signs on the beach ask visitors not to take the glass, and the town council has promised more patrols. Currents are strong and the beach is not suitable for swimming.
About the beach
Praia dos Cristais in Laxe is a cove below the cemetery on the Costa da Morte. Residents dumped bottles here for years, and the waves turned them into coloured sea glass.
